Venison Cooking – Twist on Shepherds Pie

Irish Shepherd’s Pie?? Why not?!
I had some ground vension left in the freezer from last season and decided to try this recipe out. It was fantastic!! All you need to do is use a pound of Venison instead of the suggested meats. Also I used dried thyme that I had in the cupboard instead of fresh and it was still great!
** Use about 1 teaspoon of dried thyme in place of the fresh
